I help empower expats to thrive not survive

In 2013 during my first experience of international relocation to Doha, Qatar I came to understand the challenges that expats face. But what I also learned was that by building resilience, and making the smallest shifts in perspectives,  international relocation can be transformed from an expat experience that is merely survived to one that can be successful and empowering for the lives and careers of both partners.

These tiny shifts in perspectives have the biggest impact on the expat experience for those who want to make the most of their experience, and make it a success.

Coaching is powerful and impactful. And I help my clients make these tiny shifts that change everything.

My Story

I am a chartered psychologist and accredited coach; a ‘coaching psychologist’. You can view my professional qualifications here.

After many years training as a psychologist, I realised that if I was going to truly help people to get the life they want, I needed to empower them with hope, to support them to unlock their own strengths and enable them to achieve their goals.

Coaching focuses on the present and future, and centres on the client’s strengths, life purpose and goals. The overall aim is to create possibilities to enrich life.

I use the art and science from my background in psychology, and the skills and techniques of life coaching in a practical, down to earth way. I do this in a way that is individual and as unique as the clients I work with. These approaches are short term and solution focused, with high impact.

My passion…

My passion is to help people. My belief is that we are all equals. It’s my purpose to enable people with the skills and belief that they can create the life they dream of and the life they deserve.

I love…

I love hanging out with my husband Pierre, and our loving and Swiss born toddler Isabelle.

I love to move my body, to run, to swim, to dance, to ski and to fall over. I can laugh at myself easily (luckily). I love lazy days, warm fires, and my cat purring. I love star jumps. I love the stars in the sky. I love nature and all its magnificence and beauty.

I love dark chocolate, a good book and a hot ‘cuppa’. cup
